THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE

  • Finding your dream home doesn’t happen overnight. You want to take time to narrow down your wants vs your needs, price point, and location. All of these things will help make finding your home a breeze!

  • Making an offer is more than just writing up a contract. We’ll run the numbers, triple check all of your rates and give you a close to accurate estimate of what you can expect for whichever home you pick.

  • Your option period is your time to do the work and really get to know your future home. We’ll schedule inspections, contractors, and trusted vendors to come out and run quotes so you can negotiate the best deal and understand what your future holds!

  • We’ve made it!! It’s officially closing day. Make sure to bring any ID’s and be ready to sign, sign, sign. We’ll schedule your closing so all you have to do is show up!

  • We’ll connect you with our trusted mover and resources to make the process as seamless as possible for you. We’ll also provide you with the resources you need to make sure you get all of your utilities set up and turned on.
